Our September wedding … blessed us with rare inherent magic, reflected by a simple yet elegant hotel on a timeless island that has the rare fortune of having a staff that continually reflects their care, dedication and pride in delivering the best service possible.  Taking the island ferry back to the town wharf,  I couldn’t help but think, like that shooting star, our wedding had passed yet, the gift of memory had incapsulate our special special day and we could relive it again and again, over a lifetime. Thanks Chebeague Island Inn.  You bring the magic that instills the memory!

The historic Chebeague Island Inn is a venue of understated elegance - exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our wedding venue.  It oozes small town Maine charm from each room being uniquely decorated to the bicycles provided by the Inn to guests to help explore the island. The upper lawn that overlooks Casco Bay was a stunning setting for our outdoor ceremony.  Chef did a phenomenal job with preparing our selected hors d'oeuvres and entrees; I still daydream about the lobster beignets!  

We knew that Chebeague was the only place for our wedding and once we contacted the Chebeague Island Inn, it was clear our dream would come true.  Exchanging our vows with our family and friends gathered on the Inn’s front lawn, overlooking beautiful Casco Bay made our day so very special.  Our celebration unfolded wonderfully - the picturesque setting, the delicious luncheon. Every detail was perfect.

The Chebeague Island Inn was an amazing and magical place to get married. One of the best parts was having so many of our guests stay at the Inn - they loved the adventure! The oceanfront and the Inn itself provide so much beauty and peace. We feel that the location just added to the love we felt on our wedding day. The waitstaff was wonderful and our guests raved about the food. Some saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The Inn is a special place and it now it forever has a place in our hearts. 

Our daughter's wedding day felt magical! The Inn provided a perfect setting right down to a magnificent sunset.  A quintessential coastal Maine Inn... classic, charming and elegantly enchanting.

We couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect — from the outdoor ceremony space, to the perfectly decorated Inn and rooms to the incredible food... They hosted our welcome dinner, wedding and Sunday brunch and we’re still hearing that it was the best food anyone had ever had at a wedding. We loved every minute of our weekend and are grateful to Chebeague Island Inn for allowing us to enjoy it fully and not worry about any of the details that go into having a wedding. We’re so glad we found it and hope to come back for years to come. 

Choosing to have our wedding at the Chebeague Island Inn was the single best decision we made while planning our September 2017 wedding!
