Like at home, we know most of your time isn’t spent in your bedroom, but you want your space serene and comfortable. Featuring both garden and ocean views, guests revel in the unique and cozy ambiance the rooms provide, after a fun day of exploring and celebrating our little island.

The Rooms

We have seven different types of rooms to ensure that we meet your travel expectations and you can prioritize based on what’s important to you – that ocean view or that lower priced room. We're always available to explain each room in more detail so you can make the best selection for you.

Here’s what you can expect during your stay:

  • White walls and white floors, with locally crafted artwork and furnishings coupled with luxurious Italian linens.

  • Complimentary Wifi

  • Nightly turndown upon request

  • Absolutely no TV’s or phones, so you’re not tempted to stay in bed

  • No air conditioning - not needed when you have Maine’s cool, ocean breeze!

  • Stair access only to our rooms. There are no elevators based on the historic nature of our property

Superior Garden View Private Bath

This is our second largest guest room at the Inn, featuring a custom queen bed, a small sitting area and a newly renovated en suite. The room is located in the corner of the second floor, with views overlooking the golf course and the gardens. This room can connect to an adjacent room, a garden view shared bath. Often times, families opt for this arrangement if the two-room suite is unavailable. There is one superior garden view room at the Inn.

This is our most popular room type at the Inn, as the rooms overlook the ocean to the west. Each room features a custom queen bed, a small chair and an en suite. There are ten ocean view guest rooms at the Inn.

Two-Room Suite

Our two-room suite is the largest guest room at the Inn, featuring a custom queen bed, a small sitting area and an en suite in one room, and a trundle bed in the adjoining room. Rates for this room are based on two adults, but this room can comfortably sleep up to four people and we’d be happy to quote you for additional guests. Many families choose this room, as there is a bit more space. It faces the backside of the Inn, overlooking the street and the gardens.  There is one two-room suite at the Inn.

These rooms overlook the gardens in the back of the Inn, and feature a custom queen bed and an en suite. There are three garden view guest rooms at the Inn, two of which can connect, creating a rooming option for up to four guests.

This is an economical rooming option at the Inn. These rooms overlook the ocean to the west and feature a custom queen bed and a small sink. Guests staying in this room use the European-style men or women’s bathrooms located across the hall. Because there’s no en suite, the room is slightly smaller than our typical rooms. This room type is ideal for the traveler looking to save on lodging but not compromise on experiences. There are three ocean view shared bath guest rooms at the Inn located on the second floor, two of which can connect, creating a rooming option for up to four guests.
