+ Booking Policies
Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into the hotel.
Family Plan Policy
People aged between two and eighteen are considered children. People under the age of two are considered infants, and free of charge. Anyone over the age of 18 is considered an adult.
Each room, with the exception of the two-room suite, can accommodate up to two people. There are some rooms that can connect, providing two queen beds. Rollaway beds are not available due to fire code. We have a limited number of pack and plays that are available for additional charge.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, inclusive of taxes. The balance is due upon checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival can apply the original deposit to a revised reservation that occurs within 365 days of the original arrival date. Deposit transfers are only applicable to reservations that match the original length of stay.
+ Check-In & Checkout Policies
Check-In
Check in is at 3:00pm EST. We will happily hold your luggage if you arrive before then and will deliver it to your room when your room is ready. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Checkout
Checkout is at 11:00am EST. At times, it is possible to request a late checkout for a $75 fee. If this is possible, checkout will be extended until 1:00pm EST. Should a departure be later than 1:00pm EST, a full night’s stay will be charged. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification. Only alcohol purchased directly through the restaurant can be consumed on property; alcohol cannot be brought in.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the hotel or restaurant. Pets are allowed on the lawns as long as a leash tethers them.

Smoking Policy
The hotel and restaurant are 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas outside of building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facility. Smoking is not permitted within 200 feet of the building.
Breakfast Policy
A continental breakfast is served Monday through Friday 8am-10am, Brunch Saturday & Sunday 9am-3pm. A signature on the bill is required for accounting purposes, and at that time, gratuity can be left in the form of a room charge or cash.

Check Cashing Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks as form of payment. Cashing of checks is unavailable.
EMV/CHIP & Pin Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
The hotel does accept credit card authorization forms as a method of payment. The form must be received prior to check-in. Our standard form can be faxed or emailed to the guest upon receipt of a request at info@sheratonreston.com. We do require front and back copies of the credit card for processing.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift cards can be purchased for the hotel online or by contacting the hotel directly. In order to redeem a gift card, the card must be presented to the front desk at the time of check-in. A credit card will also be required at that time to cover incidentals.

In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for Chebeague Island Inn purposes.
We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party including third-party joint promoters, nor use it for commercial purposes.
Permission for Use Chebeague Island Inn may collect and use personal information that you submit at the Site in any manner consistent with uses in this Privacy Policy or disclosed elsewhere in the Site at the point you submit such personal information.
